The location of this place is great and excellent, within walking distance to everything, and the brand-new room is impeccably clean with a garden view from the window.

Location not far from Europe square or Boulevard, Batumi Tourist spots such as Europe square, and a bridge called "Dar Building ". Exceptionally comfortable beds, a seating area, iron/ironing board, and a work desk in the room.

The room is brand-new and beautiful, the staff are amiable people at the reception desk. We stayed 1 night and will choose the place for future trips when visiting Georgia...

This accommodation is a gem in terms of modern facilities and great service! the location is convenient as it is close to the beach and many restaurants and supermarkets. the rooms are well, equipped with modern furniture and a kitchen with all the utensils you need. With a smart TV, fast Internet, and air conditioning, the room offers a comfortable and relaxing stay. the staff is attentive and willing to help, and the breakfast can be served in, room. the view from the balcony is a definite highlight and a must, see!

The hotel could improve on providing clearer directions on how to access the building's reception area.

The accommodation was beautiful, modern, spacious, and very clean. the facilities were great, with a large living room, a kitchen, and a washing machine, making it very suitable for longer stays. We particularly enjoyed the optional breakfast, which could be delivered to our room. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to grocery stores and fast food restaurants.

The entrance to the building was a bit hard to find and could have been more clearly marked. the elevator situation was quite stressful, with only one working elevator and the other being complicated and requiring access.

The apartment was spacious and modern, equipped with a kitchen, washing machine and a smart TV offering Netflix and Youtube. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to a grocery store and fast-food options. We also enjoyed the stunning views from the apartment's two balconies, especially of the colorful boulevard Ferris wheel at night.

The elevators in the building were a bit of a hassle, with only two available for a 34-floor building, and one required access that wasn't always working. the ACs in the sleeping room were noisy when heating and placed on the balcony.

The view from the balcony was amazing, especially at night when we could see the colorful Ferris wheel. The manager was kind and helpful, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. Grocery stores and fast food options were also nearby, which was convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cons: Unfortunately, we had difficulty finding the hotel entrance, a minor issue that could be alleviated with more detailed information.

The location was convenient, with the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants nearby. The apartment had a parking space, which was convenient.
